US Federal Budget now available in the Kindle Store

From the press release:

Amazon.com (NASDAQ:AMZN) today announced that the Budget of the United States Government, Fiscal Year 2011, and Economic Report of the President, will both be available beginning tomorrow as free wireless downloads in Amazon's Kindle Store (www.amazon.com/kindlestore). Kindle is the most gifted, most wished for and the No. 1 bestselling product across all categories on Amazon.com. The Kindle Store now includes over 420,000 books and the largest selection of the most popular books people want to read, including New York Times Bestsellers and New Releases.

I actually got this email yesterday. I don't think it qualifies as news (you can get the budget as a PDF from the government), But I've since changed my mind. I'd like everyone to read it so you get as pissed about all the money our government is wasting.

Everything quickly spiraled out of control from there. Before I started this blog in January 2010 I covered ebooks, ebook readers, and digital publishing for about 2 years as a part of MobileRead Forums. It's a great community, and being a member is a joy. But I thought I could make something out of how I covered the news for MobileRead, so I started this blog."
