Europeana Regia

Actualitte is reporting on a new digitization project. Europeana Regia brings together 5 major European libraries with the intention of scanning as all possible royal documents from historical period extending from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance. This project is funded by the European Commission, with a budget of €3.4 million, and the first documents are expected top be available in 2012.
