Entourage Edge to be sold in college bookstores

From the press release:

enTourage Systems, Inch., creator of the world’s first dualbook™ – the enTourage eDGe™ – announced today that it has partnered with The Douglas Stewart Company, a leading distributor and marketer of computer products, consumer electronics and school supplies, to exclusively serve the education market and boost interactive learning for school systems’ students, faculty and staff.

I've said for the longest time that ereader need to get into college bookstores. You probably know that B&N is carrying the Nook in the ~600 college bookstores they run. In comparison, Entourage just got the Edge into the hands of a company that distribute to 4,500 college bookstores. That's a pretty hefty retail presence, don't you think?

Nate Hoffelder is the founder and editor of The Digital Reader:"I've been into reading ebooks since forever, but I only got my first ereader in July 2007. Everything quickly spiraled out of control from there. Before I started this blog in January 2010 I covered ebooks, ebook readers, and digital publishing for about 2 years as a part of MobileRead Forums. It's a great community, and being a member is a joy. But I thought I could make something out of how I covered the news for MobileRead, so I started this blog."
