Samsung Galaxy Tab to ship with Zinio, Kobo, & Press Display

Since everyone is covering this tablet, I was going to pass.   It's not worth my time to be one of the crowd. But I noticed a detail in the press release:

The Samsung GALAXY Tab is packed with services to complement and enhance your life in different ways. Access to Android Marketplace lets users download apps and personalise their device infinitely. ...

Readers Hub – Samsung Readers Hub consolidates e-reading applications such as eBooks, magazines, and newspapers. Users can enjoy 'reading' with unified and intuitive user experience, powered by global eReading service leaders, Kobo, PressDisplay and Zinio.

Embedding the apps is nothing unusually, but did you see the screen shot? Samsung provided a new interface for the 3 apps. Now that was clever.

BTW, if you want to read a Galaxy Tab hands on post, you might want to visit SlashGear.

Nate Hoffelder is the founder and editor of The Digital Reader:"I've been into reading ebooks since forever, but I only got my first ereader in July 2007. Everything quickly spiraled out of control from there. Before I started this blog in January 2010 I covered ebooks, ebook readers, and digital publishing for about 2 years as a part of MobileRead Forums. It's a great community, and being a member is a joy. But I thought I could make something out of how I covered the news for MobileRead, so I started this blog."
