Lexand to release 2 new e-readers in Russia

Lexand have announced the release of 2 new ereaders - Lexand LE-106 and Lexand LT-105. One has a 6" E-ink screen and the other a 5" LCD screen. Both ereaders have 2GB Flash storage, a microSD card slot, a headphone jack, and the both lack Wifi or a touchscreen. The LT-105 has a 5" screen with a resolution of 800x480. The LE-106 has a 6" E-ink screen with a resolution of 800x600.

The LT-105 also plays video in a number of formats (RM, RMVB, 3GP, FLV, AVI, MP4, VOB, as well as supporting several ebook formats (pdf, txt, epub, fb2, html, doc, pdb, rtf). The LE-106 obviously can't play video, but it does support more ebook formats (pdf, word, excel, txt, epub, fb2, html, tcr, PalmDoc,chm, oeb chm, oeb)

Lexand started selling them in Russia in January.
