Prestigio to launch new 10″ Android tablet MultiPad 7100C

Yesterday Prestigio, a consumer electronics company, unveiled their latest tablet. The MultiPad 7100C has a 10" (1024x600) capacitive touchscreen, and it's running Android v2.2 on a 1GHz CPU. It looks to me like this is a Rockchip design, but I'm only guessing here.

It also has Wifi, Bluetooth, a VGA camera on the front, 8GB Flash storage, a microSD card slot, accelerometer, microphone, speaker, and a kickstand. It also supports 3D graphics and has a HDMI port (so you can hook it up to a HDTV).

It's going to be available in mid-March, and you can pre-order it now for €299.

It's a great community, and being a member is a joy. But I thought I could make something out of how I covered the news for MobileRead, so I started this blog."
