How to Read this blog

At long last I have updated the RSS feed for this blog. I'd really appreciate it if people could switch over to the new RSS feed.

TDR had a different name when I started it back in January 2010. When I changed the name of the blog (and the website address) I didn't bother changing the RSS feed address. Given that most people don't usually see the RSS feed address it didn't seem important at the time. But today I decided that as part of a general redesign, I'd fix the feed.

In case you're interested, that's not the only way to follow TDR. You can of course visit the website, like a lot of you are doing right now, or  you can follow me on Twitter: @ThDigitalReader. You can also subscribe to TDR on the Kindle. I don't like the formatting of the  Kindle blog publications (it's atrocious), but 2 people don't seem to mind (thanks!).

Speaking of the website, I know there are about 2 or 3 dozen people who visit the old website address (www.NatesEbookNews.com) even though I changed the name well over a year ago. I deeply appreciate your loyalty, but at some point the old address will be shut down. I hope you don't mind switching your bookmarks over to the new website: the-digital-reader.com.

Nate Hoffelder is the founder and editor of The Digital Reader:"I've been into reading ebooks since forever, but I only got my first ereader in July 2007. Everything quickly spiraled out of control from there. Before I started this blog in January 2010 I covered ebooks, ebook readers, and digital publishing for about 2 years as a part of MobileRead Forums. It's a great community, and being a member is a joy. But I thought I could make something out of how I covered the news for MobileRead, so I started this blog."
