Earlier this week I was the first to find Onyx's new ebook reader, the i62. I've now heard that Onyx are just now working the bugs out if the prototype. There's still no word yet on the release date.
The following video shows the i62 mounted in the case used by the Boox A60. That's not what the i62 will look like when it ships, but this unit does have all the right components, including the IR touchscreen.
One major difference between the 2 models (and why I'm looking forward to the i62) is that the older ereader has a Wacom touchscreen, and it requires a stylus. As you can from the video, the i62 is fingertip friendly.

"I've been into reading ebooks since forever, but I only got my first ereader in July 2007. Everything quickly spiraled out of control from there. Before I started this blog in January 2010 I covered ebooks, ebook readers, and digital publishing for about 2 years as a part of MobileRead Forums. It's a great community, and being a member is a joy. But I thought I could make something out of how I covered the news for MobileRead, so I started this blog."
