Meet the Dead On Annihilator – The True $40 Kindle Killer

Lots of bloggers like to write posts which call some new gadget a Kindle Killer, iPad Killer, or a slayer of some other gadget which has had a lot of success in the market. No one really believes those claims, but many make them because flashy titles make for good clickbait.

For the longest time I have resisted the urge to sink to that level, but as of today I no longer have that option. I need the page views too much, so when I found a device that I truly believe is a Kindle Killer I decided to go ahead and say so.

Meet the Dead On Annihilator.

I don’t have this hammer myself, but if you ask me I think it is the best Kindle killer I have ever seen.

This tool is guaranteed to go toe to toe with any ereader or tablet and come out the victor. Measuring 14″ long, this hammer features a custom designed head which is perfect for shattering the screen on the iPad, Kindle, or virtually any other device. On the obverse side is the head of a prybar; that should prove useful for ripping apart cases to get at and kill sensitive electronics. On the bottom of the handle is a spike which will serve as an excellent piercing tool for any screen which is too flexible or durable to be pounded to death.

Forget the txtr beagle, never mind the iPad Mini, and as for the Nexus 7, hah. The  Dead On Annihilator can kill them all and you probably won’t even have to break a sweat.

You can find it at ThinkGeek for $40.

Meh. I think I’ll wait for the Dead On Annihilator Pro. The rumours say that not only will it be be 10% lighter, but it will also be available with handles in a selection of different colours.
