Ikea Pokes Fun at Apple in Latest "Advert" for Their Catalog

For a multi-national multi-billion dollar retailer, Ikea has a penchance for adverts which take things not at all seriously, and in this latest video the retailer pokes fun at Apple.

Ikea just posted a new video, shot in the classic Apple style, which touts its paper catalog. And yes, it is absurdly funny as it sounds.

At only 8mm thin, and weighing in at less than 400g, the 2015 IKEA Catalogue comes pre-installed with thousands of home furnishing ideas.

P.S. Someone, somewhere, at a marketing firm deserves a bonus for this video.

Ikea are idiots. Most of the photos in the catalog are not real. People should make fun of Ikea.

Please explain what you mean by "photos not real".

Most of the images in the Ikea catalog are not photos, but are computer generated from 3d models:

Okay picky friends, I think it is a gigondus hoot and LMAO.

If you can’t laugh, your hair will fall out, you will get bug eyes, and you will fart on every half hour of every day of the year for the rest of your life. They will all be quite loud and unbearably odiferous.

I’m laughing AT Ikea for behaving like a bunch of Swedish Meatballs.
The scenes in the catalog are all fake, friends.
OK, it’s green, except a printed catalog is not very green either.
