Audible is Holding a Two-For-One Sale

new_audible_horizontal._V188360181_[1]Amazon launched a sale yesterday on apps, movies, music, and ebooks, but that wasn't their only sale.

A helpful search bot tipped me to a two for one sale going on right now at Audible. From now until 2 January, you can choose any two titles from a selection of around 150 titles and buy them with a single credit.

The selection is limited, but there are a few gems. I picked up Scalzi's Agent to the Stars, Jurassic Park, a McCaffrey title, and Journey to the Center of the Earth.

The sale is only open to Audible customers with one or more unused credits on their account, and you won't be able to view the offer if you don't have any.

Everything quickly spiraled out of control from there. Before I started this blog in January 2010 I covered ebooks, ebook readers, and digital publishing for about 2 years as a part of MobileRead Forums. It's a great community, and being a member is a joy. But I thought I could make something out of how I covered the news for MobileRead, so I started this blog."

  1. No luck for me, but I’m still on an old grandfather plan at the lower price point.

  2. Love the Audible sales and their Daily Deal.

I picked up four: Dry Bones by Craig Johnson, Dead Mountain by Donnie Eichar (it’s been in my Wish List for a long time), The Black Ice by Michael Connelly and The Mark of the Assassin by Daniel Silva. The last two I read when they were first published but it’s been such a long time that it will (almost) be a new story for me.
