Evernote Peek app makes studying that much nerdier (video) e-Reading Software
Evernote have released a flashcard app for the iPad 2 and it almost makes me want to buy one, it's that cool.

The app makes use of the iPad 2 Smart Cover. I'm sure you know that the cover has magnets which the iPad 2 can detect (that's how it knows the cover is closed or not). The Peek app monitors the magnets, and when you open the cover (like in the photo above) it will flash a question. Open the cover all the way to see the answer.

It can pull the questions from the notebooks your Evernote account, and you can specify which one. Watch the video for more info.

Nate Hoffelder is the founder and editor of The Digital Reader:"I've been into reading ebooks since forever, but I only got my first ereader in July 2007. Everything quickly spiraled out of control from there. Before I started this blog in January 2010 I covered ebooks, ebook readers, and digital publishing for about 2 years as a part of MobileRead Forums. It's a great community, and being a member is a joy. But I thought I could make something out of how I covered the news for MobileRead, so I started this blog."
