Onswipe now out of private beta

Jason Baptiste  just announced that Onswipe’s insanely broken tablet publishing service was now out of beta, which might explain why the publisher’s dashboard appears to have crashed.

I got an account a few days ago, and right now I cannot do anything. None of the parts of the dashboard (settings, sources, design) respond when I click on them.

If and when it runs, it should be an interesting service. It accepts content from quite a few platforms, including: WordPress, Tumblr, Instagram, Flickr, and many others. You can also give it any valid RSS feed as a source. It also has a surprising amount of formatting options, including:

  • 33 Unifying Styles
  • 5 Cover Layouts
  • 6 TOC Layouts
  • 5 Article Layouts
