577947_462739190429142_633495846_n[1]The AARP announced yesterday that they are launching a new line of ebooks. The ebooks will be published by RosettaBooks, and the first titles in the series will cover a range of subjects including caregiving, brain health, coupon clipping, and driver safety.

Jodi Lipson, Director of the AARP Book Division, said: "Digital publishing offers a wealth of opportunities to speak to the wide interests of the vibrant 50+ community. We’re looking forward to addressing their aspirations, entertainment and recreational concepts, and topical issues with timely, insightful information in ebooks created hand-in-hand with RosettaBooks."

The first ebooks are expected to be released later this year, and will be drawn from a variety of sources. Some of the titles will include content previously developed by AARP, while others will be created from scratch either by AARP or in partnerships with third parties. RosettaBooks will handle the distribution, and they will also act as technical adviser for POD and related projects.
