Infographic: 27% of Canadian Kids Read eBooks

BookNet Canada has released a new infographic this week which shows that 41% of parents and 27% of kids in Canada have read ebooks recently. The graphic also shows that 43% of parents keep ebook apps on their mobile devices that their children can use.

The data for the infographic was drawn from a recent BookNet survey which is currently for sale.

Interesting stats. Kobo minis are really cheap and when I bought one for kid2, he loved it. It made reading a whole lot easier for him (on board dictionary, font sizes can be changed) and at $40 it’s not that big of an investment for a parent.
