Kindle Unlimited Funding Pool, Per-Page Royalty Both Rose in December 2016 Kindle (platform) Streaming eBooks Here's some good news for authors: the Kindle Unlimited royalty stayed above half a cent per page for the third straight month.

According to Self-Publisher Bibel, the December royalty was 0.52396 cents. that is a slight decrease from the 0.5375 cents rate paid in November 2016, but still one of the highest rates since Amazon started paying by the page in the middle of 2015.

The country-specific rates are also up since the last time I had data to report, which was several months back.

  • US: $0.0052 (USD)
  • Germany: €0.0036 (EUR)
  • France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands: €0.0052 (EUR)
  • Brazil: R$ 0.01267 (BRL)
  • UK: £0.0038 (GBP)
  • Mexico: 0.0872 (MXN)
  • Australia, India, Japan, Canada: no data

Amazon announced that the monthly funding pool for December 2016 was $16.8 million, plus bonuses.
