    Not sure how old that first Morning Coffee item is, but Pronoun is defunct. In actuality, Smashwords offers a LOT more stores on its distribution network, but most of them are minor markets that have never registered even one sale for me. Draft2Digital (and Amazon) are the way to go. That hits all major retailers in around 200 countries around the world.
