Do you miss that old book smell?
About 2 years ago a company called Prism Durosport released a line of book scents. The Smell of Books came in 5 scents: New Book Smell, Scent of Sensibility, Classic Musty, Eau You Have Cats, and Crunchy Bacon Scent.
Unfortunately, these scents were discontinued almost immediately. There was a minor snafu at the factory; some of the New Book Smell actually contained New Car Smell, and it cause all sorts of difficulty.
But I’m proud to announce that Prism Durosport will soon re-release the Smell of Books line and they even sent me a sample of their new scent, Olde English Parlour. I hadn’t realized how I appreciated the smell of tobacco smoke from an old pipe. The smell really does add something to my reading experience.

I don’t miss the smell. In fact I am glad to be rid of it.
