NEC’s dual screen Android tablet to hit Japan in June

Akihabara News are reporting that NEC plan to released the LT-W Cloud Communicator in Japan some time next month.

This tablet is based a pair of 7″ (800×600) resistive touchscreen, and it’s running Android v2.2 on an ARM Cortex A8 CPU. It has Wifi, Bluetooth, a SD card slot, speaker, camera, GPS, accelerometer, a stylus, and USB Host.

I’m deeply jealous; I got my hands on it at CES 2011 and it was a very nice device. There’s no word on the cost, nor when it will be available outside Japan.

Battery drain must be something.

Was it awkward to hold?
