I learned it as the serial comma, and I think it sounds a lot better that way. Calling it the Oxford comma does seem pretentious.

If publishers weren’t in habit of charging the same for ebooks as they do for paperbacks, some of the piracy would disappear. Not all of course, some people just refuse to pay for anything. I just think that pricing yourself out of the market doesn’t help.
Personally, if I really want to read a book and it’s too expensive, I just look for it at my local library. I do the same with movies. Piracy sites are a good place to get hacked.
