Pocketbook opened their first stores in Russia

The Ukrainian ebook reader maker Pocketbook held a grand opening this week for 3 new retail locations in and around  Moscow, CIS.

The stores, hopefully staffed by technical experts, sell Pocketbook ereaders as well as ebooks. I recall that the first stores, which opened in the Ukraine  in January 2010, had a web kiosk where customers could buy and download ebooks from Bookland, Pocketbook’s ebookstore.

This is Pocketbook’s third set of retail stores. They also have a couple  mall stores here in the USA, with one in Seattle and another in Kansas City, MO.
