For me, it was turning off the internet at an earlier time each week. This removed a distraction, freeing up more time to spend reading.

  1. I have started going to bed an hour earlier than usual and reading for an hour. Of course, sometimes I end up reading a bit more than an hour, but that’s the beauty of retirement– you never have to set the alarm!
