Just as much as things that bring you joy or benefit your health, there are factors that act as stressors and are decremental to your health.

Identify things that annoy you, like answering phone calls whilst eating or responding to emails sent late at night. Also note down habits that may be detrimental to your overall well-being. Set boundaries and learn to say no to things that no longer serve you, or are not in your best interest at that time.
